ABOUT KARL

The guy off TikTok.

Getting paid to stand on stage and sing seems like a fantasy to most people, but to Karl is was a reality. As an ex-professional singer, Karl has a huge amount of experience working in the performing arts industry.

Alongside My Theatre School, Karl has a production company that produces shows for theatre tours around Europe and Asia, and for some Holiday Resorts here in the UK.

Karl runs regular casting sessions to find the right people for different projects, so he sees the latest trends when it comes to casting and what works in the casting room.

A quote from Karl:

"I see people going to work every day to do a job they don't enjoy doing. Eventually they leave that job and then start again doing something else they don't like.

Do something you're passionate about and it'll never feel like a job."

ABOUT CLAIRE

No hair, don't care.

Hi, I'm Claire... based in Clackmannanshire in Scotland. I have been lucky enough to make a career out of performing.

My journey started at the Dance School of Scotland in Glasgow. I then moved to London and achieved a BA Honours in Performing Arts at one of the UK's most prestigious drama college's, Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.

In-between multiple International and UK Tours, I found my love for teaching for which I have a real passion for.

I've worked consistently in this industry throughout my career. I'm hugely grateful for that, and I feel it's time to share the most important things I've learned with my students.

That's exactly why I moved back home to Clackmannanshire, with my husband Tom and our amazing little boy Dylan.
